Beyonce Knowles lands the third place on Forbes’s top-earning artists list. Netting $87 million, the I Am Sasha Fierce star got a place among the world’s money-makers musicians. Irish band U2 is # 1, banking the staggering sum of $130 million, mainly thanks to their 360 tour while AC/ DC comes second with $114 million. Bruce Springteen ($70 million) and Britney Spears ($63 million) round out the top five, respectively.

Beyonce Knowles was close to death when a taxi ripped off the car door’s she was in. The I Am Sasha Fierce star together with her husband Jay-Z were in a chauffeured Mercedes Benz heading to Harrods in London when the accident occurred. Beyonce was getting off the vehiclule in a busy street when taxi collided ripping off hinges and doors. An onlooker said, “It was terrifying to watch. It all happened so quickly, the taxi came out of nowhere. "She seemed very shaken and was lucky to be alive. A couple of seconds difference and God knows what could have happened," the source added.

Beyonce Knowles lands a second place in Forbes magazine’s World’s Most Powerful Celebrity Annual list. With earnings of $87 millions, the Halo singer followed talk show host Oprah Winfrey who made the staggering sum of $315 million dollars though her media empire. Director James Cameron came third and Lady GaGa made fourth, being the new entry on the list.
