Beyonce Knowles has been voted ‘Woman of the Year’ by Billboard magazine. The R&B superstar has been chosen after a year of big achievements that include the smash hits Single Ladies and If I Were A Boy, a successful world tour and a performance at President Barack Obama's inauguration this year, reports billboard.com .The 2009 Billboard Women In Music ceremony will take place on October 2 in New York City.
