Talk show star Oprah Winfrey topped the list for a second year in a row, and the fifth time overall. Golfer Tiger Woods seconded the famous host, followed by actress Angelina Jolie and footballer David Beckham. Meanwhile, Beyonce was spotted with her husband Jay-Z out for lunch at NYC Bar Pitti on Friday (June 13).
