Beyonce Knowles is being sued by a Hollywood Hills resident r for nuisance and trespassing. Phillip Markowitz has filed a $25,000 suit against the songstress, claiming she disrupted his ´privacy while filming her music video for hew new single “Why Don’t You Love Me”. Markowitz driveway was constantly blocked because of the video shoot and a still photography session. Markowitz says he was “disturbed all day with noise and his dog barking at the crew while they trespassed on his driveway.”
