The singer has announced she will perform in Kuala Lumpur on October 25, two years after she called off her show because the Muslin-majority country party complained about her sexy wardrobe. A post in her website reads, Beyonce for the first time ever has decided to make Malaysia part of her 'I am.' World Tour." In this country, female stars are required to cover up from the shoulders to knees with no cleavage showing.
